When you click on “Submit for Approval” the Whole Game System will first check that you have not made any obvious errors in your Club Affiliation Form.
Then the form will be sent to us for us to review and ensure it is correct (e.g. if you have selected the appropriate insurance to cover your teams and players, you have provided relevant data required).
Once it has been submitted, you cannot amend any of the details within the Affiliation Form.
We will get in touch if we require any additional information.
If everything is in order, we will raise an invoice which you will be able to access through your Whole Game System portal. Once this is paid, your affiliation will be complete and we will issue you with a Club Affiliation number for the following season.
